American Politics 2015 I think the Republican Party is on the right track now. I can see full sails in a good-sturdy wind. Sarah Palin is strong and getting stronger, and the US media is starting to pick up on the emerging associated gender-trend and its myriad of meanings. Great. I can only wait as the Republicans start to go through their internal selection process and I must say, the sooner they do so the better for my liking. Why? President Obama is amassing huge sub-conscious public support with a one step backwards-two steps forward pattern that is slow moving but the roots system is definitely building fast momentum. Come 2016, and this root system will be grown into a strong conscious intent to vote for Hillary. Very nice indeed and I do absolutely applaud the Democrat strategists for devising such a first class working platform. Impressive. I would even say, this quiet expansion has been made even more possible if not easier, due to the correctly predicted big outcome that the mid-term election victory would dominate the political consciousness of the Republican Party; lulling them into a false sense of security. This is why I am so pleased with Sarah Palin because she is now starting to fire back into life at the right time- 2015, and by the looks of it, its catching on to the rest of the party and media. Good stuff. And if also the Republican Party is not bound by any law to select their candidates earlier in a show of party unification and confidence, then why not go for it? Whats more important, an orthodox 2016 campaign without a sharp edge or an unorthodox 2016 campaign with a big head-start and bigger edge? Just remember not to confuse the candidate selection with the actual real 2016 election, and avoid the negative stuff that blew away the 2008 and 2012 elections. The Republican Partys own fate in 2016 is in their own hands in 2015 I feel. Any longer and the bad knives start coming out, and if anyone thinks that huge $$$$ is going to attract the voters to vote Republican when they are struggling or attract the lost tribe who dont vote because they cant stand the Democrats, and would rather not vote at all, they need to awaken. Because this huge voter pool can be captured from the Left. 100%. But it can also be easily missed by neglect or laziness or osmosis or spin or wishful thinking. But if the two final candidates are perfect and the message is in a language that the voters relate to, and this contrasts to the huge spend up from the Democrats, and then get Sarah going, and its anyones Super Bowl; there for the winning or losing. At this stage, the weak major weak point to the RP Waka is marijuana (not narcotic but marijuana)prohibition. The legalisation of marijuana policy is voter gold for the President and Hillary and I would strongly recommend that the Republican Party re-draft a new marijuana policy that is more expansive but better. I cannot emphasis how powerful of a voter attraction this particular policy is, not only in terms of an increase of tax revenue (lower taxes), lower crime (public safety), medical health (saving thousands) and everything else that prohibition destroys, but it will place the Republicans in a very bad position and voter spotlight. Prohibition is now a trap that can lose a general election for a centre-right political party; thats how potent it is. I will always praise President Obama and his family because he walks in the foot steps of the great forefathers on the USA, who were all stoners, and has lifted the dark ages of prohibition from his peoples. He is a great man and thankfully he is not the person who the Republicans have to beat in 2016 because I would have to side with him over this single policy. It has huge economic potential for everyone and President Obama is the man to thank in the future when marijuana becomes the financial saviour for the stone-broke neo-liberal countries who have run out of spin and excuses and money; only higher and new taxes upon taxes upon taxes.
