Amicorp Group - Human Resource and Development Manager - #Nicosia Job Description Amicorp Group (Amicorp), a specialist in trust and company management services, business process outsourcing and fund administration service is seeking to recruit a Human Resource and Development Manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa. Job Responsibilities Leading and anchoring Human Resource and Development activities for the Regional Talent Hub for the EMEA region based out of Cyprus. Supporting Group Human Resource (HR) and Learning and Development Team (L&D) in Recruitment, Learning and Development, HR Operations, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Policy formulation and implementation, tracking and maintaining HR and L&D KPI’s across all Amicorp Offices located in the EMEA Region. Working collaboratively with peers and the Central L&D Team to provide innovative learning solutions in alignment with business needs and people strategies across EMEA region. To source, recruit, initiate and support a hiring process of the best talent available to Amicorp in the region by providing an efficient, high quality talent acquisition service. Facilitate joining formalities for new employees. Maintain and regularly update master database (personal file, personal database, organizational structure) of each employee for the region. Ensure structured and timely hiring, orientation and Job training (Behavior, Job and Technical skills) in accordance with internal timelines and standards of completion. Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and follow-up to ensure training objectives are met using Kirkpatrick guidelines for levels 1,2 and 3 for the region. Oversee the performance management process as per the timelines in collaboration with Group HR and L&D team. Work closely with Group HR, L&D team and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention. Provide HR advice and support to managers and staff on a wide range of strategic and operational Human Resources issues for all offices in region. Partner with Group HR team to assess talent acquisition strategy, recruiting needs, and to provide support in order to stay on target with hiring goals. Support organizational effectiveness through proper alignment of people, processes, structure and culture with business strategies. Support, manage and implement learning solutions, in collaboration with central L&D team to maximize the achievement of business objectives in a timely and structured manner. Identify training needs and partner with central L&D team to implement necessary training and development. Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to in-house policies and processes in accordance with local laws of EMEA region and jurisdiction requirements. Support the nurturing of Amicorp values and a progressive environment for employees to work. Job Requirements University degree with MBA / PG Diploma in Human Resources Management. International Human Resources experience of about 8 to 10 years preferably in a Financial Services Company. Prior HR working/managing experience in Europe, Middle East/Africa is a must. Should possess excellent knowledge of Human Resources Management and Human resource development along with supporting technologies or HRM tools. Organizational, prioritization and time management skills. Strong people management and relational skills. Excellent English communication skills and additional language is a PLUS.
