Amidst the craziness of getting everything ready for our first Christmas season, we took a little field trip today to build a relationship that will allow for some new products here in the spring and summer. With the help of some wonderful fellow farmers in NJ, we were introduced to a gentleman named Nello who owns and operates Nellos Specialty Meats near Nazareth PA. Nello was kind enough to give us a tour of his facility and operations. We saw first hand the passion and commitment to quality that leads to the high demand of his services. We are excited and proud to say that this relationship will enable us to offer our very own naturally raised meats. We can now be sure that it will be harvested in the most humane and safe manner, and processed and packed under USDA inspection and by the hands of one of the industries best.
