Amidst the news circulating in media right now about this networking company that ceases to operate and pay their members due, I would honestly say that I felt a little worried on how it may affect our business in MYX. News spread over the media are mostly believed as true by its viewers and sadly at times, generalizes other entities that are like those of what is featured! I honestly dont know the story about Upward Limited, Co. but I would say that Ive been reading about it in FB as early as May this year, the time that I get myself involved in networking business again. The news featured in GMA-7 are actually not NEW news at all. It has been discussed long before in social media even before it came out in broadcast media. And I think the news featured tonight is true to its content! I believed that company really did scammed their members, maybe because their business slowed down, or maybe they over-payed their members (which is caused by lack of studies and analysis of their business plan) or maybe their president indeed tried to scam and run their money! I have no clue about the reason behind it. But one thing is for sure, their members lost their money because of that business. =( The news tonight, in my opinion, hurts the networking business industry. While this industry indeed provide good opportunities to its members, companies and people involve in such companies like UPWARM LIMITED CO. brings dirt and unnecessary doubt to the good nature of our business, that is to help alleviate the lives of ordinary people like us. People with not much finances to start a business, people with no proper education in business management to run a business. Now for the assurance of all my partners in MYX Montalban, I try to do some researching to at least clear our doubts and fears (if any) about our MYX business. I went to visit the website of Securities and Exchange Commission (sec.gov.ph) to see whether our business is indeed registered and acknowledged by SEC. According to the news I heard in GMA-7, Upwarm Limited is not registered and authorized by SEC. And the screenshot attached is what I found. YES MYX IS DULY RECOGNIZED AND REGISTERED IN THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION!!! So partners, keep your heads up! Dont be discouraged by the evil doings of other networking companies! Lets continue to do good networking business by not simply recruiting other people to join us but foremost, to help them succeed in this business as well!!! God bless us all! HAPPY MYXing!!!
