Amiram Goldblum (translated): Just imagine that the three Jewish mothers would have travelled to address the United Nations along with the three Palestinian mothers whose children were killed by the IDF in recent weeks, in Beituniya and Hebron. Imagine them pleading with the UN to do anything to stop the cycle of violence here and save other children from abductions, injuries and death and allow families to enjoy their lives without fear - which is only possible in two separate nation-states. In contrast, the three mothers of the hostages are travelling alone to the United Nations and among other thing would address the Human Rights Committee. Its unclear whether the committee would ask them what they thought of the human rights of the Palestinians in the [Occupied] Territories and the extreme practice of Apartheid prevailing there. You dont have to share Amirams two-state vision to appreciate his general point.
