Among her many talents, Rachel Reynolds Luster is project steward for the Oregon County Food Producers and Artisans Co-Op. Through a grant proposal she wrote, they are one of only four organizations in the country selected to host an intensive design workshop and receive consultation and expertise to take the Co-op to the next level of community service and resource. That grant is from the Citizens Institute on Rural Design, a partnership between the National Endowment for the Arts, the U.S. Department of Agriculture and Project for Public Spaces, Inc., along with the Orton Family Foundation and CommunityMatters® Partnership.
