Among the young and the bright Amidst overwhelming competition Against all odds one teacher wrote this on my paper A mature soul hidden between those youthful cursive words explicit yet sincere. Ironically that tearful story won for me first place It was nothing so bold nothing so loud It was only coming from a broken heart that was crushed over a broken dream from a broken family Somewhere deep down always lived a child longing to be held longing to be well longing for the privilege to always wonder why wonder how Is there a balance between wiser beyond ones age and ignorance is bliss? I never questioned As I turned my back upon the old Once upon a time bade me farewell I have found my smile Today tomorrow and the remaining days if You still clothe the lilies in the field How much more just how much more will You also take Your time to clothe me from the inside out
