Amy Byers STORY ! I first met Amy 4 weeks b4 last years UKBBF Qualifier when i assisted alongside John Martini ,Graeme Mc Conkey & David McCollum in helping 2 prep her boyfriend Nick Beattie for 1st timers category which Nick subsequently won by dropping 18 lbs of bodyfat in 4 weeks ! She was a quiet beautiful & supportive girlfriend.Nick & Amy soon became VERY close friends 2 me a lovely couple & very supportive 2 me at a very bad time 4me which i will never be able 2 repay them 4 ! When she down the line told us she wanted 2do a competition we eagerly got behind her 2 encourage her NOT THAT SHE NEEDED IT in less than a year she totally transformed her physique thru SHEER HARD WORK she was a WARRIOR IN THE GYM self focused on bein her best in the time allowed.She totally metamorphosed thru BRUTAL sessions driven by Nick , Carol & Graeme & John and occassionally myself when time allowed & a good diet. She also learned how 2 pose 2 display her physique 2 its best which she practised diligently ! She done everything asked of her & more ! WE R ALL SO VERY PROUD OF WHAT SHE ACHIEVED & she can only get EVEN BETTER thru time ! SHE FAR SURPASSED MY EXPECTATIONS OF WHAT I BELIEVED WAS ACHIEVABLE & I LOVE IT WHEN I AM PROVEN WRONG ! RESPECT 2U AMY , ONWARDS & UPWARDS 4U !
