Amy: Hi my name is amy, Im type 1 diabetic, and have been for 14 years, I suffer with neuropathy damaged in my legs, I still waiting to be probably diagnose gastroparesis. I have been in and out of hospital for the last 7 seven years because the none stop vomiting, tummy pain, diarrhoea , erratic blood sugars which lead to Dka, sometimes even hypo comas (where my blood has gone so low Ive lost Consciousness because I have no hypo warnings). Now three years ago I lost three stone in two months and was admitted to nhs tunbridge wells hospital, they put a feeding tube down my nose and said to my parents I had an eating disorder, that I had made myself ill for attention, they then mental bullied myself into thinking it was my fault and I had anorexia, I spent six weeks in hospital miss xmas and new year in hospital, then I was sent to an eating disorder clinic up in london, I was there for three day under 24 hr supervisor every day (you could even have a shower or go to the toilet without them watching) they done everything from takening my insulin, doing my blood sugars and even eating my meals, yet they couldnt understand why I was being sick and having diarrhoea, the Dietitian they said I dont think u have an eating disorder, I then self discharge myself. Around about 6 months ago I moved near ashford in Kent and was admitted to the William Harvey hospital, and the doctor I was said that he thinks I might have gastroparesis and is going to send me to have some test as an outpatient. I was wondering if there is a diet plan that can be followed to help with gastroparesis, I no the guide lines, but its there actually a step by step meal plan that can be followed?? For example, for breaks try eating.... Ready brek, and then for lunch soup... If there is I would be greatful if I can have a copy as I have look everywhere on the internet and all I get is what u cant have like high fibre meats and veg, things with seeds in.. A meal plan would be very helpful Thank you for your time
