Amy asks I need advise. I walked into my 3 1/2 year old sons IEP meeting Monday with his diagnosis of Autism. I am thinking GREAT I can get him help for more than just his speech he can get OT, ABA services, maybe sensory integration. The administrators looked at the diagnosis and said we totally disagree with this diagnosis and refuse to give your child any services. I sat speechless this child needs help I need to get it for him and the schools do not want to give it. I feel so alone does it get better? I am new at this my son was just diagnosed
