An Abavo-based Daredevil criminal and a notorious armed robber, Mr. Theophilus Okocha aka Marshall in Police net............................... The ABAVO PEOPLE’S VOICE® wishes to announce the arrest, this morning, of Mr. Theophilus Okochan aka Marshall at the Abavo Police station where he had gone to write a statement pertaining to his involvement along with Mr. Isiuku Dayi Chinedu Irenuma, the immediate younger brother of the dethroned illegitimate Abavo rogue ruler, Mr. Uche Irenuma, in the plot to assassinate Prince Martin David Jegbefume, the oldest grandchild of Obi Jegbefume I and the lead Royal anchor who rallied the Royal family behind the ouster of the rogue dynasty which the people of Abavo traditionally dethroned and liquidated in a popular revolt on June 22, 2012. Since the news of the evil plot to murder the prince broke a few days ago, the Abavo Central Intelligence Agency ( ABCIA), following the visit of a very high ranking Police chief was mandated to liaise with the Police to trail, locate and apprehend him by all means and at all costs necessary so he could face charges for various criminal activities for which he had been indicted but has evading arrest and trial till this morning when he walked into a professional ambush at the Abavo Police station. Theophilus aka THEO aka Marshall, a notorious gangster, hired assassin, political thug and armed robber who was Uche Irenumas rogue Chief security officer till this morning, is alleged to be death-row inmate at the Badagry Prison from where he escaped to Belgium before he returned to Nigeria to continue his robbery business, in addition to being crowned a chief tout aka Chairman of National Union of Road Transport workers, a notorious organization mainly run by criminals and street urchins with the backing of politicians who keep them in our motor-parks as their holding camps while waiting for the next rounds of elections. This criminal was lording it out on professional drivers who are daily extorted to support his lavish lifestyle until the Abavo people disabled him in 2012 and his empire crumbled. Mr. Uche Irenuma, has been using him and his brothers to foment trouble since he was granted bail because of the security surveillance on him and the stringent bail conditions set for him until his criminal trial which is being delayed for unexplained reasons commences. We thank the AIG who saw the need to arrest this monster that has killed quite a few innocent Nigerian citizens and hope that he would have a date with the hangman soonest so that his many victims and their families can bring a closure to their pains. We thank the Abavo Police led by their new DPO and the Police formations in Ika who collaborated with each other and with the Abavo youths to make his eventual arrest possible. We are hopeful that the Nigerian factor does not become an impediment to the successful liquidation of this terrible criminal that brought so much pains to the people of Abavo especially since June 23, 2013 when he fatally shot Mr. Timothy Osaijie in the chest because he was jubilating over the ouster of the rogue called Uche Irenuma who must go down for Abavo to move forward. If Marshall is ever released for any reason, which is very doubtful as we are going to get the Lagos state Police command involved, he must not return to Abavo because if he does, he would have himself to blame as Abavo has become very hot for criminals like him. My message to Uche Irenuma is that, I will not rest until he is jailed for life if he ever escapes the noose of the hangman, for his crime against humanity, no matter how long it takes and no matter who is delaying his trial. Everyday I see the pictures of Ogorchukwu Peter Okoh, Vincent Chinyem, Celestine Igbinedeso, my own mother, Mrs. Grace Ajuweh Ajaja, Mr. Chukwuekwu Boi, Abraham Godwin and all other victims of yours, I become more inspired than ever before to amplify the demand for justice. Those who are still afraid of evil, it is in your best interest to stand up to give evil a fight because evil is the biggest coward if we summon the courage to fight it.
