An Australian has died at the crease, excelling in his chosen sport at the top level, another carries undeniable grief, for how long is impossible to say, indefinitely Id suggest. Not only recognised & dignified by the our whole country, as is the sport of cricket, the tributes & messages of grief are recognised globally. An outpouring even from people disinterested in the sport or any sport as such . Pause & think people how lucky this country truly still is where our nation comes almost to a standstill & recognises true sadness and respect for all the right reasons ... My heart goes out to family & any connection of this fine young athlete & godspeed now ... Australia, & indeed Australians are strong in knowing when it matters there is strength & the Great Southern Land will always be true ... blue .. Advance . Andy Fry - November 2014
