An Elkhart County Reserve officer (he has all the same powers as other cops, hes just not paid) lost his job as a grounds keeper at Concord Schools because he was carrying a gun on school property. He and the Sheriff say state law allows him to do that... the school says the law and school policy do not. What do you think?
