An Enchanting Evening with Umberto Ballone Wed. Dec-10th. Paladars is pleased to bring you the velvet baritone voice of Umberto Ballone. Join us Wednesday, Dec 10th for dinner and music. Umberto embraces jazz standards from the big band era, later decades and Spanish love songs. Through his travels in South America, Umberto honed his craft and deepened his appreciation for the genre which enables him to effortlessly capture these performances. Umberto will perform in the garden after dinner, however; he will also perform one song in each private dining room during the 4-course which will allow all guests a wonderful one-on-one experience with Umbertos voice. For this special evening we are going to create several tables for two for those of you who would enjoy having a special date night dinner. Those tables are limited so make your reservations soon. We will also create communal tables as well as tables available for your parties of 4 or more for those wanting to create a special evening with friends. Seating will be limited to 30. First Course: Spinach, Tomato Salad with balsamic vinaigrette dressing Second Course: Creamy Asparagus Soup Main Course: Pork Tenderloin Medallions in a garlic/mushroom mustard sauce, Chilled Copper Carrots and Parmesan Potato Rounds Dessert: Baked Mora Berries with a walnut streusel and a dollop of Chantilly The price for the 4-course meal, Umberto singing a song in your dining room and his performance in the garden after dinner is $18.
