An Exciting Event in Harding County There is going to be an exciting event in Harding County in the town of Roy, NM. On Oct 4th Gene and Arlene Hubersberger will be selling their 40 plus year collection of some wonderful antiques. Gene and Arlene moved to Roy 17 years ago and bought the property that has the old Shurbet Implement building and the old American Legion building Post #33 on it. Fortunately the American Legion building was large enough to house all their antiques. Then as Gene kept buying items he had to put them in the Shurbet Implement building and since there is no more room they have decided that it is time to scale down their belongings and do some cleaning out. As Arlene says “it is the year to clear”! Walter Hall will be holding the auction on Oct. 4th at 9am at their property. He has stated that even though he has done lots of auctions, there are items that Gene and Arlene have that he has never seen!
