An IMO: Skimming through Supple Leopard, and my initial reaction is that a lot of these joint torque or resets need to be taken with a MASSIVE dose of context and are not that applicable to those who are not even strong yet and/or are not strong for THEIR bodies in the movements they are trying to do. Ive done tons of this kind of stuff over and over....but nothing beat getting stronger by paying attention to my movement, moving for MY body and not focusing on endless tweaks and correctives to get rid of nagging pain, aches, trouble spots. Yes, no? Discuss. All the lacrosse balling in the world didnt help my SI joint pain when I had it. Not in the long term anyway.
