An Indiana couple faces a litany charges after they allegedly held a young mom captive in a cage at their mobile home and repeatedly raped and beat her for two months, police said. Ricky House Jr. and Kendra Tooley are accused of keeping the woman, whose clothes were cut off, under constant restraint, even forcing her to wear a dog collar with a leash attached to it. The victim survived the nightmare ordeal and was eventually rescued by a complete stranger, Ronald Higgs, who risked his life to save the woman. “I told the police … I hope you all have some real small cells,” he told local TV station WEHT. “That’s where they need to spend the rest of their lives, in a real small cell.” Read KTLA’s story here: ktlane.ws/Yty8rQ
