An LDS Missionaries journey by Elder KaponoTuitalau Faitau - Oct 7 at 12:54 PM Missions going good! We watched Meet the Mormons as a mission this past Friday! It was soo good! I encourage all of you to watch it! PLEASE! :-) if anything, help donate to the AMERICAN RED CROSS. haha This past week we had interviews with our Mission President, and he informed me I was getting transferred on the 15th of this month. I dont know where Ill be, but Im prepared to accept another location, again. All good. I love you. Sometimes I wish I could carry everyones crosses for all of you, but there are things that Heavenly Father wants us, and ONLY us, to do by ourselves. Im not Jesus Christ, but I do represent him. Wish I could overcome every individuals weaknesses In the world, but I cant. Only Christ can. And...as humans, we have to want & need Christ in our lives. Thank you for the updates on home! Lots of exciting things happening, eh! And about this whole Wave series thing, um... waaay cool. I love it! Exciting. When Im done, I want in. And thats really great that family watched conference! YES! It was amazing! I needed to hear all of that! In Hawaii it starts at 6a and 10a, so on occasion I felt my head nodding (dozing off) and I jneeded to tell myself AY GET UP! oiaue... so early over here. Thank you for all your prayers for me! Theyre being answered! We have a baptism coming up this weekend! A*** L****** has been taking missionary lessons for a while, since she was in the 7th grade, but never really wanted to commit to baptism. Well, as weve been teaching her, she accepted a baptismal date, preparing for 10-18-14! This past week, she asked to move baptism date to a closer date. Meaning this upcoming Saturday, 10-11-14! Elder Mailau and I were like Whaaaa!!! shes very prepared to be baptized. Shes 20y old, and all of her friends say what? you want to be a Mormon? Youre about to turn 21y! Dont do it! A** L***** knows where her heart is, and I know she will be blessed because of it! Grateful to be a part of her life. The mission teaches you a lot about yourself. I cant believe how much Ive learned about myself coming out here to Hawaii. Ofa atu Elder Faitau Keenan & Leiloa?? #5?? Awesome. Thank you TIHA & MARLEY for my letters. wha wha... Enjoy the pix. Spent time with the Molokai missionaries. Visited the ranch, fed the cows, did a missionary cheer, build up courage & faith among our LDS missionaries. We are honored & Called to Serve Hawaii. I love Hawaii. Alofa - Ofa Lahi Atu - Alofa
