An Open Letter to our wives and Girlfriends Dear wives and girlfriends, Hope you are all fine and doing well? We the men, thank God for una life. You gals are the best thing to happen to our lives. We Love you people tori torun. In fact, without una, our life no go be the same. You are the sugar in our tea and coffee and the sunshine that shines on our akpanigogo. In fact you are the air we breath.... Why are we being so nice to you all of a sudden? Ha ha, you know we are always nice to you people Well sha, Its that time of every four years again when the biggest football show is staged and this time, its happening in the spiritual home of football which gives it more meaning and spirituality. (ajigbijigbi) Im already in the spirit for it baby!! Our beautiful wives and girlfriends, we the men crave your utmost indulgence for only one month pere! Though we will try not to forget to contribute our little bits and pieces in the house, the only problem is that things may be slow in being done or may take hours or days before they are done or may not be attempted at all depending on the mood especially if the results dont go our way. Please bear with us! Please dont get mad at us or try to starve us of you know What about the one we watch every Saturday and Sunday? That one is EPL or La Liga or Bundesliga. Its different from this one called, FIFA World Cup. What about the one they play on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays? That one is UEFA Champions League for the big boys or UEFA Europa League for the wannabes. And The FA Cup? That one is erm erm (inaudible mutters). Whether we will be completely useless during the one month period? Oti ooo!!! I said already that we will try our best depending on the mood. Thanks for your understanding.
