An URGENT and CRITICAL reminder to all. After your dead its TOO LATE for prayer!!! Crying out to the Lord in prayer is something that you need to do. It is something that your responsible to do, but you must do it while you still have breath. I cant stress that enough. Once again last night I was asked by a gentleman with tears in his eyes to pray for a loved one who just died. I told him I could and would pray for his family and those who are still here. I prayed that God may comfort them in this time of great loss. But that is all I could do as to pertaining to the dead. Christ is the one who has made provision for us for when we die, and if we choose to reject all that He has accomplished through His death, burial and resurrection, then we stand before the Judge all alone with no advocate. No prayer from mortal man can change that after your dead. This is why many of us pray for our family and friends before they die. This why we encourage people to seek the Lord while they still have breath and still have time. Will you not call upon His name today? How shall we escape if we neglect such a great salvation? Hebrews 2:3
