An Up & Down Day. Guernsey Girl Mandy had a day of up & down today. Up over The Bwlch Down to Treorchy. Up over The Rhigos, Down to Glyneath. Up over Onllwyn, Down to Ystradgynlais. Up Over The Black Mountain, Down to The Owls Nest. Some challenging roads taken in her stride. And that was just up till lunchtime! When you consider that Guernsey is just 5 miles x 7 with no mountains and a maximum speed limit all over of 35mph this was a great achievement for Mandy. Well done. Last day tomorrow, heading back for the ferry.
