An Update on Ice Age Discoveries from Saltville, by Blaine Schubert, Jim Mead and Brian Compton will be presented on Thursday, June 13 at 7:00 PM at the Museum of the Middle Appalachians. They will tag-team the program to bring us up-to-date on the paleontological information and progress that has been made at the Saltville site. Blaine Schubert is the Director of the ETSU Center of Excellence in Paleontology and its Natural History Museum, and is a vertebrate paleontologist. Jim Mead is also a vertebrate paleontologist and is the chair of Geosciences at ETSU and a curator at the Natural History Museum.
