An academic value is applied to implement a plan. The project must be flexible and capable of being scaled back and up as the case may be. Innovation means doing the same thing in a different or new way in order to make an improvement. One thing leads to another incrementally on a buildup of experience, capacity and capability starting with an individual extending to a group and then society. A sustainable development may thus be made possible to suit individual personalitiy types, circumstances and requirements. This way the power of knowledge may be harnessed to create an educated and inclusive society. In fact, the knowledge-based economy has now arrived.
