An advice to job seekers, when sending your CV to someone via LinkedIn make sure that person is a recruiter, not only working in HR. Also, when seeking employment, dont ask the person to view your profile, if you dont take the time in requesting an e-mail/website to send your CV, then dont expect a person to visit your profile to find put if your qualified or not. Last but not least, dont send a mass e-mail with your CV to all in the to field, put people in the bcc field. And make sure to change your intro message/e-mail to make it a generalized one.
