An advocate told me the other day that the movement to stop the TTI has become fragmented. I apologize for not being aware of this. In trying to help a specific, and very brave little group of women, along with trying to rally as much help from others as we could, to not only get justice for the horrible crimes committed against them as children in a program, but to also attempt at breaking a hole on the political machine that keeps these places open and running with no accountability or oversight, so everyone can see inside. I chose in early 2013 to direct my focus toward helping a victim remove the obstacles that were preventing her from going to the authorities about her abuse at a program we were in as kids, although a decade apart from each other, so I apologize for not being around a lot. Once the air cleared somewhat, and everyone started to realize the enormous political GAME that was played throughout this divine comedy of an investigation and grand jury proceedings, and the enormous amount of $$ that came from the pockets of La. taxpayers in nothing more than a cowardly attempt at the judicial system to pull one final cover up, and then never have this come up again. THEY WERE UNSUCCESSFUL! And the survivor community needs to see this gaping hole in their machine. Theyre gonna try and patch it up and act like it never happened. This is the time for folks to REALLY LOOK at how it all works, and examine whats being laid right out in front of us all. Knowing and intimately understanding how the TTI machine works is how it will be stopped. Fighting back is all any of us can do. Can you help throw another monkey wrench in the machine?
