An armed felon, possibly attempted robbery or gun held to bail bondsman or robbing armored car (???) was chased. K9 was tracking and Sultan the police dog was shot, died of injuries, gunshot to neck. Possibly dog was vested (???). Suspect barricaded self in a home on Clark street, off Girard, south of Mayberry. Flash bangs were used.. SWAT was on scene for several hours. SCE was requested to shut off electricity. Although sheriffs told NBC News they had no involvement with electric, a dispatcher indeed told me via telephone, we are in control of the electrical. Anyone affected can and have called us. Most recent reports indicate suspect has been shot and killed per a report of a woman who represented her self as wife of detective who left home at 11:45 to go deal with his dead body Peace out
