An arrest was made late Thursday evening for the robbery of Tarboro Savings Bank. Ibrahim Ibn Abu-Nidal, 63 years old, of 102 Carney St. Princeville was charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon. He was also charged with possession of cocaine at the time of the arrest. Great job to the Patrol and Investigations Division of the Tarboro Police Department. We would also like to thank the Edgecombe County Sheriffs Department for their assistance. Abu-Nidal is in the Edgecombe County Detention Center under a $500,000 secured bond.
