An electrical substation located just outside San Jose which was breeched and attacked in a military style assault in April of 2013 has happened again though the perps did not try to destroy any property .. The “bad guys” were able to easily access the site by simply cutting through the chain link fence with wire cutters and steal construction equipment … The original attack in April 2013 was preceded by the cutting fiber optic telecommunications cables followed by the systematic shooting of transformers in an effort to disable the power substation .. Though no effort was made to disable the substation this time it goes to show how unprepared our infrastructure is and how inept those in charge are in that no substantial alarm and surveillance system has been installed there . I guess when weaponized Ebola hits America then our government will decide to take action .. The bad guys never take a day off ..
