An emotionally charged, and truly exceptional day, where pictures will have to follow. Being asked to speak on behalf of modern day veterans at our local Cenotaph rededication, then speaking after dinner at the Legion was an absolutely humbling experience. Lots of people in the room had done as much as me or more... feeling both privileged and honoured. Thanks go out to the organizers and the people of Powell River for remembering all who have served.
