An entrepreneurial spirit doesnt guarantee business success. 7 or 8 times Ive tried one business or another to be my own boss. The odds are already challenging. Many of you know it is very difficult to start a business and then maintain it. During my working career, whether sawing aluminum, selling cellular phones, or driving a school bus, I always had in the back my mind the desire to be self-employed. In times when I was self-employed it was awesome. I loved it. I was never REQUIRED by law, and under threat of fines that could lead to jail, to carry health insurance. Id put it off and use funds to support or grow the biz until I could afford health insurance. Remember those times in the past when youd be between jobs, you didnt have to worry about carrying health insurance. Remember COBRA - it cost about a million bucks a second? Or, when you were 21 and health concerns were an eternity away and medical insurance was an extra expense you were willing to forgo. It was still a choice. Those days are gone! You PEASANTS will now (2015) be REQUIRED to be constantly insured. You will have to show proof when you fill out your tax form that you have health insurance. If you dont you will pay a penalty. This is soft tyranny turning hard. And, you Liberal Democrats - with your stupefying, idiotic tyrannical leanings have been voting socialists pigs, wolves with sheeps clothing, into office for decades - they did this to us and you let them. Politicians who hate this nation. All Liberty-loving people can do now is manage the decline because Liberalism (a misnomer if there ever was one) institutionally entrenched in our nation on every level. Its got the point where ALMOST EVERYTHING needs governmental approval. It was already hard to start a business and create jobs and opportunity for others. It just got WAY more difficult. But idiots dont care. Someday youll finish your beer and push yourself up from your recliner after watching your third football game and find a government rep with a badge knocking on your door, with full clearance to inspect your house and determine if your water heater is contributing to climate change. You wont be able to show proof that you have the right widget retrofitted on it and the rep will write you a citation and you will bow and go back to your TV. Why are drinking beer? Why do you have to push yourself up from your recliner - are you that overweight? Why are you not exercising? Why are you spending so much time in front of your TV? Do you smoke? Do you eat too many sweets? If so I am reporting you to my comrades because your poor diet and sedentary life is causing health cost to rise! Being that we are one giant collective herd now, Im only concerned about the common good. I love Big Brother.
