An estimated 500,000 participated in the Worldwide Walk for Yolanda victims last February 15, 2014. And an estimated 100 million pesos were collected. The INC are now building 1,000 concrete houses in New Era, Leyte. Take note, “concrete houses” not “bunkhouses.” About the bunkhouses built by the gov for Yolanda victims, a certain report says: “The Inquirer cited reports that a certain bunkhouse is being constructed at around P200,000 or about a fifth of the estimated price of P959,360 mentioned in the DPWH plan.” If you are going to estimate a concrete house costing P200,000 and the INC will build 1,000 units, thus, a total of 200 million pesos. This estimation exclude the garment factory, the farm, the concrete roads, the schools, the health clinic, and of course the house of worship.
