An example of my own personal case of ADD...I got off of Facebook to take a shower, get dressed and go to the store..did so, while drying off..decided I needed to stretch for a few minutes...while stretching, saw a sock in the floor...so I picked it up and put it with the other clothes I was packing up (usually a semi-annual ritual) found some more stuff to go in the bag...decided to take the bag into the spare bedroom (where I am storing other packed away items....boxes of it) and then started cleaning out the closets in there...thought about half a dozen other things, including today is payday!! So thought I had better log on to the Credit Union and see...then naturally thought I should check FACEBOOK again!!
