An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate, dynamic professional Graphics & Product Developer to join our vibrant and fashion-led client who supply to some of the largest fashion multiples and supermarkets in the UK. Reporting to the Head of Sourcing, Brand & Product Development the role holder will be responsible for developing identities for new brands and packaging together with ensuring that artwork is correct and ready to print. Duties will include: •Produce expressive, descriptive and eye-catching packaging designs. •Research current and potential packaging trends. •Write clear and informative copy for the packaging. •Create and deliver high quality new brands, logos, designs, images etc. •Negotiate with suppliers for product and packaging costs. •Communicate product modifications to suppliers. •Source new suppliers. The ideal candidate: •Proven background/career working as a creative designer. •Experienced in the use of Adobe, Photoshop and Illustrator. •Highly organised and assertive with strong communication and time management skills. •Ability to build strong working relationships with customers and suppliers. •Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to an ever growing business.
