Company & Job Description Our client is an International organization seeking a Human Resource Manager to operate out of Thailand. Job Requirements • Support the implementation of HR strategy to the business by ensuring that the HR delivery is in fully aligned to business goals in their area of business • Support managers and teams in business delivery through enhancing their capability to deliver strategy into action, manage their people, implement change and build relations with key stakeholders. • Utilizes the talent development process and tools delivered by the Expertise Teams in order to provide and develop the diverse talent pipeline for the short term needs of the company • Collaborate with the business for the creation a high performance culture by supporting the implementation of team and organisation design solutions • Bring HR insight (including Employee and Industrial Relation) to bear on all people related issues ((people, capabilities, organisation, leadership and culture) • Facilitate HR Service delivery to the business Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR systems and HR process • Good understanding of HR lifecycle • Excellent communications skills • Fluency in both Thai & English languages For more information or other listings please visit adeptsolutions.asia/jobs/ or email your CV to [email protected]
