An experienced Property Manager is required to join the property management department of Purple Property. Suitable candidates must be able to work from the company’s Gillingham office. The position is being offered with full time hours of work. Suitable candidates will have experience of property management and used to dealing with the full range of property management duties including property visits, dealing with maintenance matters, liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors and referencing companies. Duties are also extended to compiling inventories, ensuring that any rent arrears are settled and ensuring that legislation is adhered to fully. It is essential that you possess good verbal and written communication skills. It is essential that you have your own vehicle and a full driving licence, as the position will involve travel to visit properties within a wide portfolio.
