An inquiry for the masses (foodies and non, those who cook from scratch and those who can whip up a boxed or frozen entrée like nobodys business; if you consume food, these questions apply to you): WHAT DO YOU EAT? Particularly at dinnertime? What meals are in your rotation/tend to appear regularly? Both of necessity and a desire for simplicity across many facets of life, the past year our meals have become more straightforward, but most still require advanced preparation (i.e., today I had to form meatloaf and peel and chop potatoes). If you manage to take dinner from brain to table in 20-30 minutes or less, how do you accomplish this? Do you just stick to basics (e.g., chicken breasts 5 nights/wk.)?
