Talking down an issue with the right hand while doing it himself with his left hand. No co-ordination in the thought process. Only subconsciously. His presidency has been all about himself, his life and his disappointments. How he was treated, what he didnt get, what his ancestors had to endure. He had to live an illegal life. He thinks others should do that too. He is punishing Americans with subconscious hate for what he was denied in his own life. Blaming everyone for his short falls. Great Summary at any rate.
