An internal investigation has found that CIA officers inappropriately gained access to a computer network the Senate Intelligence Committee was using to prepare a report on the spy agency’s detention and interrogation program. A statement issued Thursday said an internal accountability board will review the matter. Officials said there was a tense meeting earlier this week when CIA director John Brennan briefed senior committee members Dianne Feinstein and Saxby Chambliss on the matter.
