An international company is seeking to hire HR Director as per the following details: DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives. 2. Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, and labor relations. 3. Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change. 4. Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances. 5. Accomplishes special project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities. 6. Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications. 7. Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values. 8. Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions. 9. Reports to the CEO and serves on the executive management team; and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues. REQUIREMENTS 1. Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, and training and development. 2. Good oral and written communication skills. 3. Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills. 4. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop Human Resources staff members. 5. Demonstrated ability to serve as a successful participant on the executive management team that provides company leadership and direction. 6. Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with the company Board of Directors. 7. Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel and skills in database management and record keeping. 8. General knowledge of various employment laws and practices. 9. Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources programs. 10. Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality. 11. Excellent organizational skills. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE • Minimum of a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development. • Ten plus years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions. • Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labor relations. • Active affiliation with appropriate Human Resources networks and organizations and ongoing community involvement. • Possess ongoing affiliations with leaders in successful companies and organizations that practice Interested candidates kindly send your cvs to nadinek@dataflowgroup
