An intrinsic speech by Mr Modi at Madison Square, NY. He struck all the right chords during his 1.5 hr speech. The best being RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CITIZEN. Prosperity being the outcome of real democracy. The real meaning of democracy where by the people is always lost and never taken into consideration. We always crib about the rights against non-performance of our duties. However, one of the main topics he covered about Cleanliness has really made me wonder as to how would this be implemented. This is next to impossible task only because people only think it is Governments Responsibility. Second being Traffic Sense because driving is only means of transportation and responsibility is not part of it ... It is very sad and I would be the happiest Indian if I can see this changing atleast before my death. There is a reason why I am cribbing about cleanliness and traffic sense. I have had experiences which when I think as an Indian I feel like crying and feel so hopeless. I am sure everyone would have had one or two such instances in their life but we have adopted those incidents and moved on. Thank you Mr Modi for making us proud again.
