An island in center of Stockholm I was walking along the southern part in the sunny weather a few weeks ago. But have before walking around the whole of Kungsholmen in "Hälsans stig" ( coming from the irish "Sli na slàinte" = the path to the health. Started 1995 by the irish Heart Foundation ) There are many Hälsans stig in Sweden now and I have made some of those in the capital and outskirts and also Nynäshamn city and Gävle city. Even if I feel fine and fresh I do it for feeling good get discoveries and happenings along the stig=path and capture som photos for memories. There are maps for the Path to download at that webpage in color with info about places you will pass by.Though it is eg for the capital there ar signs on metal poles that teel the history about the scene you see. With text, photo, map and also if an athor has written something about that place you are standing at. From what book it is. Sign info is also in english.
