An issue that could affect everyone in some way. Yesterday I was in the Innisfail ANZ bank and witnessed a nasty situation between a female staff member and an elderly customer. The gentleman obviously had memory issues and was picking up the impatience of the staffer. Within seconds even I had got wind of her lack of tolerance. She was loud with no regard for the customers privacy. She spoke to him without even looking at him. She even had the gall to let him know she was weary of having to go over the same topics with him. As the daughter of an aged & mentally infirm parent I was appalled. Lady if you havent got what it takes to show tolerance & understanding to your elderly customers then get the hell out of the public arena.
