An official of Enyimba Intl FC was hospitalised after being attacked by fans and officials of Anges de Notse in Togo. Okey Nwabeke who is the team coordinator of the Abia State-owned club had to be rushed to the hospital for treatment. An x-ray test also had to be carried out to determine the extent of his injury. Football preaches fair play this is not the spirit. Our Coordinator was attacked and badly wounded that he had to go to the hospital and went to do an x-ray, Enyimbas chairman Felix Anyasi revealed. The Peoples Elephant eventually won the game 4-3 on aggregate, and have already reported the matter to the Confederation of African Football (CAF).
