An old George Jones gospel song came to mind as I was driving to - TopicsExpress

An old George Jones gospel song came to mind as I was driving to work this morning: How Beautiful Heaven Must Be. Driving by the old Colditz and Lay farms with a light fog lifting off the fields and the sun just beginning to rise (I wouldve stopped to take a picture every half mile if I didnt have a deadline to meet; no offense to the rest of you all, but I live in the prettiest part of Scott County), I thought if God created THIS and allowed it to become corruptible, what has he reserved for the uncorrupt? Everyone has their own vision of heaven. A lot of people think of all of heaven as being like the part John described in Revelation: cities made entirely of gold. As for me, Im hoping for some fields standing in corn, small lakes teeming with largemouth bass and whitetail bucks cruising the field edges in search of does. Come to think of it, that view was a little golden itself this morning, with the glow of the sun through the fog, reflecting off the autumn foliage.
