An omg Im starving recipe. 1/2 medium onion diced, 2-3 Tbs Olive oil. Saute minced onion in oil until tender, add (diced potatoes if you have them), I had a can of butter beans, 1/2 pkg frozen peas, 2 cans whole baby clams, one can of cream of mushroom soup. Add a little water. Stir until mushroom soup blends in. Other additions if you have them. Garlic powder, or real garlic minced, little sage for a warm winter flavor, pepper if you like. No need for salt as the soup and clams are already salty. Use what you have...live fresh and enjoy life. Love on a peasant budget. Lol
