An open #Letter To The People of #Southern_Kaduna: why we must remain RESOLUTELY in PDP. - written by: Allahmagani Yohanna, former Private secretary to Late Yakowa . As the race toward 2015 is drawing near, information relating to the statement score card of government and political parties have become the norm. As a people that is well informed always willing to take decision based on true and accurate facts. I therefore address you on the question of whether or not the rulling PDP has made impressive showing in our area of SOUTHERN KADUNA, we people are not gullible, and we are known to appreciate if someone has performed, and we do not hide out satisfaction if such share us in the face. Let us look at the general improvement in our lives. #APPOINTMENT Federal level: The people of Southern Kaduna have benefited from various appointments from at the state and federal level, eg, we have had two chief of defence staff AGWAI and Chief of naval staff IKO. We also had a ministerial posts BALAT, GARBA ALI, NENADI, HYAT, NUHU WYA and now Mrs. MALLAM. similarly we have Deputy Governor of Central bank, GMD NNPC, DG NEMA, and national chairman SURE-P At the state level: the people of Southern Kaduna, the PDP made it possible for us to produce the first ever governor Late Patrick Yakowa, we presently have accountant general of Kaduna state, commissioner of finance, we also have VC of Kaduna state University professor W.B Qurix. #PROJECTS from 1999 to date we have always had star projects either exclusively ours or ones we share with others. I attended a meeting presided over by Governor RAMALAN YERO where he was appraising ongoing road projects across the state and I found out that about 65% of the ongoing road projects in the state were all SITUATED AT SOUTHERN KADUNA. #ELECTRICITY There is currently a 2016 thermal power plant situated in Southern Kaduna, 30mw being generated in Gurara dam and using a 132 KVA high voltage transmission lines is been to Kaduna South, also the Kafanchan 2x 60 MVA 132/33 KVA substation has been completed. Also completed is the Jos-Kafanchan 132KV Double circuit transmission line. Similarly, both the 2x 60 MVA, 132/33KV substation in Kachia and Keffi-Kwoi-Kachia 132/33KV double circuit transmission line in Kwai are at various stages of work. I have merely looked at areas of Appointments and projects. We have became relevant in this equation because we have identified solidly with the PDP. There are other ZONES that have also identified with the PDP but have not been that lucky. #FINALLY As a sincere people we should count on these blessings naming them one by one and it will surprise us what God has used PDP to do to our people. We should resist the urge to ignore glaring DIVIDENDS that our people have benefited from the PDP.
