An open letter to Mr. John Henry, as owner of the Boston Globe. I am offering feedback on the print version of the Boston Globe. Ever since Mr. Henry bought the Globe, the papers ability to report of sports events that go beyond 10 pm at night is HORRIBLE. Take today for instance. The Patriots game was well in hand by 11:30 pm last night. Yet todays SCORE section barely has a few lines about the Pats game. It is awful, a complete waste of time, and looks absurd. If the Globe cannot successfully report on sports events that take place the night before I will not re-subscribe. And I will not convert to the website either. I will use another newspaper, or alternate online sources. This is your only and last chance, Mr. Henry. Please get it right. I have been a Globe reader all of my 49 years. I am teaching my children to do the same ... but that may be about to change. With all of your expertise in technology, why is it that, since your purchase of the Globe, it has gotten MUCH MUCH WORSE at providing sports reporting? You should expect better of yourself, first and foremost. The Globe has been able to do this before, very successfully. What is it about your leadership and administration that is making this so difficult? Thanks, Dave LeLacheur
