An open letter to Prime Minister from dark state सिक्क्म। Respected modi jee, Sikkim HRDD dept has gone more worse then peshawar brutal shootout in the form of landslide transfer of teachers. The basic characteristics of this transfer is 1. favouratism... e.g one deven sapkota has been transferred from rai goan j.h.s to pakyong j.h.s and one sonam topden sherpa from barapathng to pakyong and many more..... now how on earth if this is done according to state transfer policy? ...... 2. policital victimization..... the apex court in one t.s.r. subramanyam v union of india has clearly stated that no transfer can be done upon the political influence and favouratism but the transfer is being done by ruling mla dominance over department....and as per the circumstances it is being done after election only. 3. no transfer policy.... the apex court in the same case had directed the state govt to form a commitee and frame a policy... this is not done according to supreme court direction in this landslide transfer... this landslide is a brutal political victimization from the part of sdf govt...the illeteracy shown is an example of draconian rule of Pawan Kumar Chamling and his associate..thete are numurous such dictatorial example done by the one time poor farmer family man to the fourth richest cgief minister in india. I request prime minister to allow us the democratic status or let us ask favour to china to take us so that we can breath some air in a socialist atmoshphere rather then draconian so called democratic state.... dr kamal adhikari
