An open letter to all parents and grandparents: If any of your children or grandchildren want to plant Morning Glory in your garden; make sure that you get them to sign a, enforceable, legal document that states that they, their children and their children etc, will come back each year and remove it as it starts to invade and strangle your garden and that they will fulfill tbeir duties even if they shall move to another, State province or continent. The name of this document shall be known as the Abigail Carnahan Garden Agreement. That is all. Carry on.
