In the United States there are eighteen civilian and military intelligence agencies and 70% of their combined budget is outsourced to corporations. The Pentagon has privatized 69% of its workforce. The Afghanistan War effort is almost wholly privatized. Business now run wars and play more part in international conflicts than any State does.
